The dream of every human on earth is to own their own home. As a matter of fact, home ownership is one of the four highest accomplishments in life, i.e. Buying your own car, getting married, bearing your own children and owning your own home. Especially in Nigeria, any one that has accomplished these four is said to have “arrived.”
While many know how to accomplish three out of the four, only few know how to go about the last one which is BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOME. As a result, many have run into the hands of dubious impostors who claim to be professionals in the building industry and have subsequently been fleeced and stripped naked of their hard earned resource.
But most painful is that multitudes have been denied of and frustrated from accomplishing their lifelong dream of owning a home (a dream home) by these impostors, because they could not complete their project as a result of running out of resources to complete the project, even when the money in their account at the beginning of the project was enough to complete the project.
Furthermore, even when the prospective dream home owner was fortunate enough to meet a professional, he may be unlucky to run into a dubious and greedy professional who will see his project as a cash cow to milk from throughout the duration of the project. I am sorry to say this, but the truth is that most Nigerians a heartless, greedy and with dead conscience. You need to see what goes on in site every day, for you to truly comprehend what I’m talking about. Many have been liquidated and degraded by fellow Nigerians.
Because of this greed and dead conscience attitude, many dreams have been aborted. But like they say, what goes around comes around. These people whose dreams of owning a dream home were aborted might as well be paying for their sins in their own place of work. If you dupe people, others will dupe you. He who kills by the gun shall also go by it.
Thus I have come, that my people may fulfill their dreams and fulfill it more abundantly. If I succeed in inspiring, motivating and educating one million Nigerians realize their dream of building their own homes, I have succeeded in my MANDATE.
It has been said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. The journey to build your own home need not be out of reach. It is something that several people have successfully started and completed.
Thankfully, it is not rocket science. You can learn the rudiments and by taking small and simple steps reach the goal in a few months or year depending on your economic circumstances and commitment.
Frankly, it could be as simple as A.B.C.
It was the Holy Scripture that said, “my people perish for lack of knowledge.” The only key to building your own home is KNOWLEDGE. And that key is what I’m here to hand to you.
